Every word, paragraph, clarification and quotation published in the text "Encrypted application evidence for the court in Strasbourg" - is true, accurate and precisely transmitted from the decision of the Court of Human Rights.
I am writing the answer solely out of responsibility towards the public, and not to justify the group of nine lawyers, who yesterday reacted to the text I authored.
DON'T MISS IT
In their joint reaction, among other things, they wrote a very dangerous and disturbing thesis - that "false news was placed in the media in order to put harsh and inappropriate pressure on the Special Department of the High Court and the judges of the Court of Appeal."
If such a thing is possible, as the nine signed lawyers claim, then it introduces additional uncertainty into our legal system.
I hope, however, that they do not seriously think that any text, by any journalist or media, or the statement of the Minister of Justice can put any pressure on the judges of the Special Division and the Appellate Court to make decisions other than impartial, independent, fair and legal.
As lawyers, their job is to represent a large number of defendants and protect the interests of clients, so I believe that they have enough legal knowledge and skills to interpret the position regarding the decision of the Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg as they wish and to prove it in the place provided for it.
