Podgorica police arrested RM (27) for the shooting that happened on Monday on Sava Kovačević Boulevard, while IT (27) is being sought, the Police Directorate (UP) announced.
As it was announced, the police identified IT and RM who caused physical injuries to the injured persons on that occasion.
"According to the order of the state prosecutor in the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, RM was deprived of his liberty and a criminal complaint was filed against him on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of violent behavior to the detriment of BG and SM, while police officers filed a criminal complaint against IT on suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of attempted murder, in conjunction with the criminal offense of illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosive substances to the detriment of DG, as well as the criminal offense of violent behavior to the detriment of BG and SM," the statement reads.
"Police officers of the Podgorica Security Department are implementing intensive measures and actions to locate IT persons," it concludes.
