I.Ć. (25), a citizen of Montenegro, was arrested on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of exploiting children for pornography.
He was arrested by the officers of the Group for Suppression of High-Tech Crime in cooperation with the officers of the Regional Security Center "Centar" - Podgorica Security Department.
"Namely, the collected documentation and evidentiary material found during the search of the apartment and other premises used by the person GO. indicate that the named person committed the criminal offense in such a way that, over a long period of time, he continuously obtained and possessed photographs of pornographic content with minors on them," the Police Administration announced.
It is added that the competent state prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica was informed of the event, who after hearing I.Ć ordered a measure of prohibition to leave the apartment.
