SDT accusations
Lipovina was accused of being part of the criminal group of Radovan Mujović and Vasilij Rafailović, accused of several crimes, including incitement to murder.

At the same time, Lazar Nedović and Pero Laličić were sentenced to single sentences of 18 years and 10 months, or 17 years in prison for that crime.
Pejaković was, according to "Vijesti" sources, in the same room in the Spuška prison with Slobodan Kašćelan, during the verbal confrontation between the Kotor native and Vjekoslav Lambulić.
