The Judicial Council made a decision to elect Ana Gačević and Igor Jušković as candidates for judges of the basic courts of the northern region.
As announced after the session of the Judicial Council, a decision was made to elect Gordana Planinić, Julija Šoškić, Dragan Miladinović, Milica Krgović and Marija Raković as candidates for judges of the basic courts of the central and southern regions.
The Judicial Council made a decision on the selection of candidate Filip Pavićević as a judge of the Basic Court and assigned him to the Basic Court in Kolašin.
The Judicial Council also notified Dejan Dragović of the termination of his judicial function, due to the acquisition of the conditions for retirement. Also, a decision was made to publish an internal advertisement for the voluntary permanent assignment of one judge to the High Court in Podgorica.
The Judicial Council made a decision to publish a public advertisement for the election of one judge of the High Court in Bijelo Polje, as well as one judge of the Appellate Court of Montenegro.
