The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica ordered the detention of A.Đ for up to 72 hours. because of the well-founded suspicion that he called his ex-common-law wife by phone and threatened her that he would come and kill her if she called and shouted at his mother again.
"Proceedings are already being conducted against this person for the same criminal offense," said the ODT.
They explain that after the hearing, the suspect MR was also detained due to the well-founded suspicion that he sent threats to his ex-partner in an intimate relationship - the child via social media, that he would kill her, that he would break her, that she had to go out with him, if she told her mother that he would also kill, and then that the next day she will create chaos, that she does not force him to do it and that she herself demands chaos.
