Miljan Marjanović, an alleged member of the criminal Skaljar clan, was ordered detained for up to 72 hours today, after a hearing at the Higher State Prosecutor's Office.
He is suspected that after the double murder on November 6, he helped the executioners who fired shots at Cetinjes Petar Lipovina and Žarko Pejaković.

Marjanović's defense attorney, lawyer Damir Lakić, told the News that the arrested person is accused of having committed the criminal acts of criminal association, aggravated murder and illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials.

After that, the state prosecutor issued a decision on his detention on three grounds - risk of flight, risk of repeated offenses, and risk of collusion.
