The bodyguard of Zoran Bećirović, Ljubo Dukić, who was arrested today in the investigation regarding the attack on "Pobjeda" journalist Ana Raičković, was detained for up to 72 hours after the hearing at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Podgorica.
The ODT announced that Dukić is suspected of the criminal offense of violent behavior.
"On November 10.11.2024, 21, around XNUMX:XNUMX p.m., in front of the restaurant 'Gurman', on Blaža Jovanovića Street, the suspect, together with the suspects ZB, LBi MM, attacked the journalist and editor of 'Pobjeda' AR, and the persons who were with her TA and UG, inflicting physical injuries on them," said the Podgorica ODT.
Earlier today, it was officially announced from the Police Administration that on the order of the competent prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, Lj.D. was arrested, suspected of the criminal offense of violent behavior.
"Namely, the police officers of the Podgorica Security Department, on the order of the acting prosecutor, also deprived the fourth person of their freedom who is suspected of violent behavior to the detriment of the editor of the black chronicle section of the Pobjeda AR daily newspaper and two other persons," the announcement states.
The Police Administration added that along with the criminal complaint, he will be brought before the prosecutor for further proceedings.
"Please note, on November 10, in the evening, first verbally and then physically, the editor of the black chronicle section of the Victory newspaper of AR was attacked, when ZB (63), LB (27) and MM (45) who are suspected of a criminal offense were deprived of their freedom violent behavior," the Police Administration said in a statement.
Zoran Bećirović, his son Luka and the bodyguard of a businessman from Kolašin, Mladen Mijatović, were arrested shortly after they attacked a "Pobjeda" journalist and her son on Sunday evening, around 22 p.m.
After the hearing at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, they were detained for up to 72 hours.
