According to the same information, she is charged with criminal association and assisting the perpetrator after the crime has been committed.
She was handcuffed in an operation by the Regional Police Center "Centar" and the Department for the Fight against Crime.
Earlier today, following the hearing at the Higher State Prosecutor's Office, Miljan Marjanović, an alleged member of the criminal Skaljar clan, who is suspected of helping the executioners who fired the shots in Lipovin and Pejaković in the double murder on November 72, was detained for up to 6 hours.
Late last night, another suspect, Aleksandar Dacić, who had previously turned himself in to the police, was questioned in that prosecution.
After the hearing, he was detained for up to 72 hours, as was Sava Kaluđerović, who was deprived of his liberty yesterday.
Marjanović's defense attorney, lawyer Damir Lakić, told Vijesti earlier that the arrested person is charged with criminal conspiracy, aggravated murder and illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials.
Tonight, the Police Administration (UP) officially announced that comprehensive intensive activities are being carried out in order to shed light on the murder of Lipovina and Pejaković.
"In this regard, until this moment, the police have deprived four persons of their freedom - AD, MM, SK and NU. They are suspected of the criminal offenses of criminal association and aggravated murder. The officers of the Police Administration continue to undertake a series of activities within their jurisdiction with the aim of fully elucidation of this event and the prosecution of all persons who participated in the execution of this serious criminal act," the announcement states.
The UP added that on November 6, around 15.20:41 p.m. in Podgorica, at the roundabout at the intersection of the main roads Podgorica - Cetinje - Nikšić, a serious murder was committed to the detriment of PL (25) and Ž.P. (XNUMX) when several projectiles were fired from a firearm in the direction of the vehicle in which the injured were.
"In the interest of the investigation and the complexity of the case and the criminal proceedings, we cannot disclose more details at this moment," concludes the UP statement.
Two alleged members of the criminal Kavački clan, Lipovina and Pejaković, were killed on November 6 at the entrance to Podgorica, after the attackers fired a volley at their BMW.
Armed men wearing phantoms waited for their targets shortly after 15 p.m. not far from the roundabout and the intersection of the main roads Podgorica - Cetinje - Nikšić and fired.
