While he was driving Aleksandar Dacić to the north of the country, Sava Kaluđerović he undoubtedly concluded that he participated in the double murder that day, when the people of Cetinje were killed Petar Lipovina i Žarko Pejaković.
This is stated by the senior state prosecutor in the case files against Dacić, Kaluđerović and Miljan Marijanović, which he accuses of criminal association, that is, that they somehow participated in the murder of those people from Cetinje on November 6.
Lipovina and Pejaković were killed that day practically at the entrance to Podgorica from the direction of the capital, when two people fired a burst of automatic weapons at the "BMW" they were in.
Immediately after the crime, it was announced to "Vijesti" that the attackers fled in a "Reno" vehicle, which they set on fire on Mareza, and that they then got into a black "Polo" car with which they escaped...
At that time, the newspaper was unofficially informed that the official owner of the "semi" said at the hearing that he sold the vehicle to Dacić, who is listed as a security person of interest in the police records.
Meeting at the Academy of Sciences
Kaluđerović, it is written in the prosecutor's files, said that on the day of the murder, he drove with Dacić's "half" to Ulica Beogradska near the Academy of Sciences, after which he drove off in the same car in an unknown direction...
"That after some 30-40 minutes he returned to Belgrade Street with a damaged vehicle, and that Dacić was visibly upset," the document states.
He says that they then headed towards the north of Montenegro, more specifically towards Andrijevica, in the "Golf", which he was driving.
"That during the journey he undoubtedly concluded that Dacić participated in the commission of a criminal act - aggravated murder... but that, in addition to the above, he continued to drive him in the desired direction, where he drove him to a certain house, the exact location of which he does not know, and there he has left. It also follows from his defense that even after the aforementioned, Dacić continued to inform Aleksandra of activities that he knew the police were undertaking, related to the detection of the perpetrators of the crime in question, in order to ensure that he would not be found by the police," the prosecutor says. The suspect did not present his defense, but exercised his legal right and defended himself by remaining silent.
Long-term apartment
The prosecutor states that it is clear from the case file that the suspect Miljan Marijanović accepted membership and became a member of a criminal association, which is composed of several unidentified persons, for the purpose of committing crimes of aggravated murder...
"And that within that criminal association, Miljan Marijanović had a clear role in providing accommodation to other members of the association, who on November 06.11.2024, XNUMX, killed Petar Lipovin and Žarko Pejaković with automatic rifles," the documents state.
It is explained that from the evidence collected so far, it has been determined that on October 4, 2024, that defendant, together with another as yet unidentified female person, rented an apartment for a long time through a real estate agent.
"During the lease, the suspect, as well as the aforementioned unidentified female person, falsely represented to the real estate agent that the apartment was being rented for personal needs, so that after renting the apartment in question, it would be made available to as yet unknown members of the criminal association who... took the person's life Lipovina Petar and Pejaković Žarka".
In this way, as stated in the document, Marijanović enabled the designated members of the criminal association to remain hidden and unidentified.
"Also, it was established that in order to rent the apartment in question, the suspect used a black polo brand vehicle, which he had previously taken over from the suspect Aleksandar Dacić".
Liquidation in Podgorica
Forty-two-year-old Lipovina and twenty-six-year-old Pejaković were killed at the entrance to Podgorica, after the attackers fired a volley at their BMW.
Armed men wearing phantoms waited for their targets shortly after 15:6 p.m. on November XNUMX, not far from the roundabout and the intersection of the Podgorica-Cetinje-Nikšić main roads and opened fire.
They then entered the stolen Renault, drove to Mareza, where they set the car on fire.
Then they changed their vehicle and got into a black "Polo".
According to police information, Lipovina was a high-ranking member of the Cetinje branch of the Kavaka criminal group and used a vehicle with registration number CTBB271, into which a hail of bullets was fired the day before yesterday.
According to the same source, the other victim - Pejaković - also belonged to that clan.
