RR (44) from Budva was sentenced to 21 days in prison before the Court for Misdemeanors in Budva for driving with 2,21 per thousand of alcohol in his blood.
"Today, the judge on duty, Magdalena Mijić, imposed the above sentence on him, because in the emergency procedure it was established that in the early hours of the morning on a local road in Budva, he was driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol in his body at a concentration of 2,22 g/kg," he announced. Marko Đukanović is the president of the Court for Minor Offenses in Budva.
He added that RR was sentenced to a four-month driving ban and three penalty points, which will be enforced by the Police Directorate.
