Today, the name of the Montenegrin and leader of the Kavac clan, Radoj Zvicer, was added to the list of Europe's most wanted fugitives after Austria issued a warrant for him.
On the "eumostwanted.eu" website, Zviter is wanted for smuggling drugs and psychoactive substances, but with the warning that he is a very dangerous person who is probably armed.
"Radoje Zvicer is suspected of importing 83 kilograms of cocaine (purity 60,9%) from other countries into Austria as a leading member of a criminal organization. It is suspected that he, together with his accomplices, participated in organizing the smuggling ring. This person organized the delivery narcotics that were sold in Vienna," the description of the warrant states.
On the list of the most wanted fugitives in Europe, the picture of Radoj Zvicer was placed at the top, with the basic information that he was wanted by Austria.
Details of known passports and names believed to be used by the Swiss are also given.
"Alijas - Josip Babić born in Germany on February 6.2, 1979, Dragan Gojković from Beran on September 8, 1977, David Grepo born on March 2, 1983, Ferenc Karoly born on March 31.03, 1975 and others...", it is written in the public part announcements.
In the description, it is stated that Zvicer also uses fake names - Davor Lang, born on May 25.05.1975, 11.03.1980. in Novi Sad, Željko Papić born on March 23.03.1976, 29.09.1987. in Ljubljana, Slobodan Zec born on March XNUMX, XNUMX. in Novi Sad and Leos Salonikios, born on September XNUMX, XNUMX. in Thessaloniki.
The information was also published that Zvicer was actually born on December 20, 1982 in Montenegro, and that he has blue eyes, that he is a muscular white man with an athletic build and brown hair. The Swiss is also the only Montenegrin whose name was published on the EU's most wanted fugitives list.
In police documents, Radoje Zvicer is listed as one of the leaders of the notorious Kavaka criminal clan from Kotor.
The Special State Prosecutor's Office filed several indictments, and with the help of extensive evidence taken from the decrypted applications that EUROPOL submitted to SDT and the Special Police Department (SPO) through international legal assistance, numerous investigations and investigations were opened against Radoj Zvicer and members of his criminal organization. organization due to international smuggling of cocaine, planning numerous liquidations, money laundering...
Along with the criminal proceedings against the Swiss and members of his criminal organization, the SDT also opened numerous financial investigations during which it was found that he is the owner of valuable property in Montenegro through related parties.
In the long-term war between two rival criminal clans - the Kavački and Skaljar clans, Zvicer was seriously wounded in May 2020 in Kiev, where he lived with his family at the time.
After his recovery, he was also in Montenegro for a while, and since 2021, the police have no information on where Zvicer is hiding.
