Suspects for the attack on Pobjeda journalist Ana Raičković, businessman Zoran Ćoć Bećirović and his bodyguards Mladen Mijatović and Ljubiša Dukić were remanded in custody for up to 30 days.

Bećirović was detained due to the risk of committing the criminal offense he threatens, his bodyguards due to the risk of repeating the crime, and all three due to the risk of influencing witnesses.
"By the decision of the Basic Court in Podgorica, detention was ordered for Zoran Bećirović, Mladen Mijatović and Ljubiša Dukić due to reasonable suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of violent behavior to the detriment of journalist Ana Raičković, her son Uroš Gagović and Toma Arapović. It is suspected that they were suspected at a critical time in while in an inebriated state, sent a large number of rude insults and serious threats to Ana Raičković, recognizing her as a journalist who wrote about certain suspects in her articles on several occasions in the black chronicle, and were revolted by her publication, as the state prosecutor states in her proposal for the determination custody, the suspects Bećirović and Mijatović physically attacked her by grabbing her by the hair with their hands and dragging her, as a result of which she hit her head on the interior of the vehicle she was in, while the suspect Mijatović simultaneously held her neck and squeezed her, and after which they broke the glass on the rear windshield of her vehicle," the announcement states.
The Basic Court added that they also reasonably suspected that they physically attacked Gagović and Arapović, solely because they saw that they were people close to Raičković and that they gave Gagović several punches and kicks in the area of the head and body. , while they tried to forcefully pull Arapović out of the vehicle, when he intended to leave the scene.
"On this occasion, all the injured persons suffered injuries in the head and body area. Mijatović and Dukić were ordered to be detained due to the danger of repeating the crime, since they were previously convicted of crimes with elements of violence, while Bećirović was ordered to be detained due to the danger that he will commit the criminal offense he threatens, bearing in mind the fact that it is reasonably suspected that he sent threats to the injured party at the critical moment. Considering that in the further course of the proceedings it is necessary to hear two witnesses who know the suspect at least by sight, while all three deny the commission of the crime. of the crime they were charged with, they were ordered to be detained due to the risk of influencing those witnesses. According to this decision, the suspects can be detained for up to 30 days, and the right to appeal against this decision is allowed within 24 hours," the statement of the Basic Court reads. .
The attack on Raičković, Gagović and Arapović took place on Sunday evening in Podgorica, after which Bećirović's son Luka was also arrested, who was released after being detained by the prosecutor.
