The Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Podgorica ordered the detention of the MP for up to 72 hours due to the suspicion that he threatened his common-law wife that he would demolish the shop where he works, that he would set her father's car on fire and that he would kill him.
The ODT in Podgorica announced that the MoJ is suspected of the criminal offense of violence in the family or family community.
"Through his Instagram account and Viber messages, the suspect sent threats to his common-law wife that he would demolish the store where he works, as well as that he would set her father's car on fire and kill him, as a result of which the victim felt fear for his safety and the safety of his family." it is written in the announcement.
