Due to the murder of Gorica Medojević (39), the police are looking for Nebojša Vujković (44) and Srđan Vukčević (50), the suspects who took her life two nights ago in the yard of her house.
"As a continuation of the activities that began on November 19, half an hour after midnight, after the murder of GM (39), in the yard of the house in the Zabjelo neighborhood in Podgorica, the officers of the Podgorica Security Department together with the officers of the Anti-Crime Sector, and "In coordination with the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, they undertook investigative measures and actions to fix objects and traces, as well as numerous other operational, tactical, technical, evidentiary and procedural actions in order to shed light on this criminal offense," the Police Administration (UP) said in a statement.
"The police have identified NV (44) and SV (50), both persons from Podgorica, who are suspected of being the perpetrators of the crime of aggravated murder in complicity to the detriment of GM, as well as the crime of illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosive materials," is added.
According to the UP, it is suspected that Vujković and Vukčević committed a serious murder by using firearms to injure Medojević, who died on the spot.
It is added that after the murder, they fled in an unknown direction.
"Criminal charges have been filed against them to the acting prosecutor at the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorka, and police officers are taking intensive measures and actions to locate them and deprive them of their freedom," the announcement states.
The UP said that Vujković, Vukčević and Medojević were registered in the records of the Police Administration as perpetrators of criminal acts.
"The suspect NV is registered as a perpetrator of criminal offenses related to drug abuse, illegal possession of firearms, endangering safety, and criminal offenses with elements of violence and rape. Also, another suspect, SV, is known to the police as a perpetrator of criminal offenses with elements of violence, criminal offenses in the field of property offenses and heterogeneous criminal offenses. In addition, GM was also registered as a perpetrator of criminal offenses in the field of drug abuse," the statement concludes.
