Detention of a suspect for domestic violence and threats to his wife

The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić, after the hearing, ordered the detention of RT due to the well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of violence in the family or in the family community.

A motion was submitted for detention.

"There is a reasonable suspicion that on November 21, 2024, by using violence against his wife, RT violated her physical and mental integrity, and by threatening to attack her life and body, endangered her safety," the prosecution announced.
