The higher court in Podgorica confirmed the indictment against Ljub Milović, Milo Božović, Petar Lazović, Mileta Ojdanić and other members of the group accused of organized crime and cocaine smuggling, Marija Raković, the court's independent advisor for public relations, confirmed to "Vijesta".
In addition to the escaped policeman Milović, the Special State Prosecutor's Office also charges his former colleagues from the service, Mileta Ojdanić, Ivan Stamatović, Nebojša Bugarin, Petar Lazović, Marko Novaković, Milan Popović, Miloš Mišurović, Vladimir Bajčeta, Goran Stojanović, Dejan Knežević and Darko Knežević that they cooperated in criminal affairs with the President of the Municipality of Budva, Milo Božović, the head Kavački clan Radoj Zvicer, as well as Božidar Jabučanin, Aleksandar Keković, Dražen Milović, Filip Zindović, whose last name was Kljajević, Ivan Nikolić, Tihomir Adzić, Ivan Mijatović and several unknown persons.
