IK (born in 1952) and his son JK (born in 1977) from Tivat were arrested on suspicion of fighting and slightly injuring each other.
In the announcement of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) Kotor, it is stated that they were arrested for the crime of violence in the family or in the family community.
"According to the order of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Kotor, IK (1952) and JK (1977) from Tivat were deprived of their liberty for the criminal offense of violence in the family or in the family community. During the physical conflict, the suspects inflicted light physical injuries on each other with suitable means to seriously injure the body or severely impair health," the announcement reads.
