Members of the Kavac clan with their associates from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Turkey rigged the matches of the third league there, according to correspondence conducted through the once protected Sky Application.
They did this during breaks in planning the liquidation of their rivals, organizing the smuggling of tons of cocaine, planting bombs, laundering money...
The escaped policeman communicated about it Ljubo Milović and their associate from Pale, who wrote on Sky hidden behind the code 87***3.
It follows from their correspondence that the citizen of Turkey, who has invested millions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, is ready to enter the business of smuggling cocaine with drug dealers, so he offers them to take responsibility if they do not remove the goods from the port he proposes.
While at the beginning of February 2020, he was passing on messages to Milović from what he calls a Turk, informing him that the businessman asked him to come to Montenegro and directly arrange the details of cocaine smuggling with him.
A few days later, he also tells him about the matches.
"We will also have the result of the third league match in Turkey, so if you have a combination in Russia or China to bet on, we can try. We will only know who wins, but not the exact result... Just so you know something is happening. There is a game on the weekend... I will go to SA tomorrow and let you know when I will have a game", he wrote to Milović on February 19 of that year.
Then he reveals that he is a certain member of their team Deda, emphasizing that he was with an associate from Turkey that day in Sarajevo, but also what they agreed on regarding the business of that Turkish citizen in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
"He planned to push our friend out as if he were doing it, so that he wouldn't show himself to those Turks. "He's taken a serious bite and wants to work," he writes, and then sends Milović what a completely different person writes to him regarding match-fixing:
"This friend tells me jointly that he entered the playoffs with the club and that he can lose the next three games, if he has a really good combination. And for the latter, he said he has something and is waiting for confirmation," he sends.
A few days later, he informs the then-policeman that the matches they fix in the third Turkish league are on the lists, and on March 4, 2020, he writes to him:
"And our brother is with you. There is now an important match for the weekend, then those that are not important"...
Seven days later, they again arrange match-fixing, but also the transportation of cocaine with a Turkish citizen.
Paljanin then writes to Milović that he is with another in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, that Turkin is with them, but he has obligations and that he came from his home country with new information.
“He's confident in the combination and is even willing to take some of the stake risk if needed. There are only some questions - is there a company to which imports are going, etc... You must get in touch... He is in Sarajevo", he writes to him, and then arranges a meeting for Milović and that Turkish citizen in Montenegro, in the next day or two .
"He is so sure of the combination that he wants to bear the risk if necessary. Allegedly, that man told him that he could, as long as he was told how much was his. You have to connect to the phone, there is no other way," he writes on March 11.
Not long after, he asked Milović if there was anything he could do for the game, and when he got an answer, he wrote:
"I'm waiting for him to come from Zenica and to be called to come down and then I'll write to you when I'm with him".
After that, the citizen of Turkey, through an intermediary, asks about the drug business, and it can be seen from the messages that he is interested in whose company the goods are imported, where the cargo is going, whether he should find it...
They communicate about the same work on March 23, when Paljanin reveals that Turčin's eyes glazed over when Milović sent the photo:
"Brother, when he saw the picture you sent the other night, his eyes just glazed over, he warmed up well. He shows me pictures from the matches, sits all with serious faces... He has strong acquaintances, I guess he will push something out", he writes.
Confirmed indictment against the "police drug cartel"
Milović is part of the so-called police cartel, against whom the High Court confirmed the indictment of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) yesterday.
In that case, apart from Milović, the SDT also accuses his former colleagues from the service, Mileta Ojdanić, Ivan Stamatović, Nebojša Bugarin, Petar Lazović, Marko Novaković, Milan Popović, Miloš Mišurović, Vladimir Bajčeta, Goran Stojanović, Dejan Knežević and Darko Knežević, of being in cooperated with the President of the Municipality of Budva, Milo Božović, the head of the Kavačka clan, Radoj Zvicer, as well as Božidar Jabučanin, Aleksandar Keković, Dražen Milović, Filip Zindović, whose last name was Kljajević, Ivan Nikolić, Tihomir Adzić, Ivan Mijatović and several unknown persons.
Individuals in that crime team are accused of having, on the orders of Milović and Ojdanić, organized the smuggling of cocaine from Ecuador to the countries of the European Union and Turkey, transported money obtained from cocaine to Serbia and Montenegro, but also used violence and intimidated other persons, acquired large quantities of weapons and explosive substances... influenced the appointment of persons close to them to leadership positions in the Police Directorate in order to obtain classified information and other important information, but also that they with the money acquired through criminal activity in the parliamentary elections in August 2020 in Montenegro, they influenced voters not to exercise their right to vote...
