After the hearing at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Podgorica, a detention of up to 72 hours was ordered against RJ due to suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of violence in the family or family community.
"The suspect addressed his common-law wife with insulting words and hit her in the head with his fists, and a few days before that he hit her with a motorcycle chain in the arms, which is why the injured party fears for her safety," ODT Podgorica told Vijestima.
They point out that RJ has already been convicted for the same criminal act.
