The State Prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić, after the hearing, issued a decision on detention and submitted a proposal for the detention of GJ due to the well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of violence in the family or in the family community.
As announced by ODT Nikšić, there is a well-founded suspicion that on November 29 in Nikšić, GJ threatened his father's physical and psychological integrity by using violence and threatening to attack his father's life and body.
