Tivat police arrested KV (18), RM (18), KV (20) and SP (18) on suspicion of beating a person.
They are charged with a criminal offense - violent behavior.
"The persons KV (18), RM (18), KV (20) and SP (18) are suspected to have intercepted and stopped the victim's vehicle on a part of the main road in Tivat with a passenger motor vehicle, after which they gave him several blows in the in the area of the head and body, as a result of which he suffered physical injuries noted in the medical report, and he was detained for hospital treatment," the Police Directorate announced.
Those arrested today will be taken to the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Kotor for further jurisdiction.
"According to the order of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Kotor, 4 persons (VK, MR, VK and PS) from Tivat were deprived of their liberty due to the well-founded suspicion that they had committed the criminal offense of violent behavior. The suspects committed violence in a group towards the victim B.Š . in the way that, while he was lying on the asphalt, they kicked him several times in the area of the body, on which occasion they caused minor bodily injuries, thereby endangering the tranquility of the citizens and disturbing public order and peace", announced the Kotor ODT.
