Bar police are looking for S.Ć. (35) from that city, the main manager of a branch office of a company from Podgorica, who is suspected of having damaged that company for more than 46.000 euros.
The police filed a criminal complaint against S.Ć to the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bar, due to the suspicion that he committed a criminal offense - abuse of position in business operations.
"He, as is suspected, committed this criminal act in such a way that by abusing his position and trust in the disposal of other people's property, he took for himself, on two occasions, daily markets in the amount of over 46.000,00 euros, which he obtained for himself illegal property benefit to the detriment of the mentioned business company from Podgorica. Police officers of the Security Department in Bar are conducting measures in search of the mentioned person", announced the Police Administration.
