The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica ordered NM to be detained for up to 72 hours due to reasonable suspicion that he committed the crime of theft.
"The suspect took and appropriated money in the amount of 250,00 euros, which was in the victim's wallet, from the passenger seat of the vehicle parked in IV Jula Street in Podgorica. He was detained due to the risk of repeating the crime," said the ODT.
