The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica ordered MV to be detained for up to 72 hours, due to reasonable suspicion that he committed a criminal offense - theft.
"The suspect entered the pharmacy located within 'HD L.' in 4. Jula Street in Podgorica and took a box with money that was set up by an NGO to collect humanitarian aid for the treatment of a child from the pharmacy counter. This person is a repeat offender for committing the same criminal act," said the ODT.
