Former director of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, Jelena Perović, has had her ban on leaving her apartment lifted, it was confirmed to "Vijesta" from the High Court in Podgorica.
Surveillance measures have been extended - the obligation to periodically report to a certain state authority and the temporary confiscation of travel documents.
The hearing to review the indictment in the case against Perović is scheduled for December 18.
Last week, the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) announced that they submitted the indictment against Jelena Perović to the Special Department of the High Court in Podgorica.
The SDT announced that the indictment was submitted against her for seven extended criminal offenses of abuse of official position, two criminal offenses of abuse of official position and the extended criminal offense of falsifying an official document.
At the time, they also said that the indictment was handed over against Nina Paović, the assistant director of KAS, for two extended criminal offenses of abuse of official position and the criminal offense of abuse of official position.
