Tivčan A.Ć. (40) was arrested on suspicion of having committed a criminal offense - domestic or family violence.
"The suspect threatened the safety of his common-law wife by sending threatening words to her in the presence of a minor child," announced the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Kotor, by order of which A.Ć. arrested.
