After a hearing at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Podgorica, Turkish citizen OH (72) suspected of having committed the criminal offense of extortion and seriously injured an employee of that company in a company in Podgorica was detained for up to 48 hours.
The ODT explained that his detention was ordered due to the well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of extortion in connection with the criminal offense of grievous bodily harm.
"The suspect, together with an unknown person, physically attacked the injured party, and they threatened to kill him if he did not give them 3.000 euros and the vehicle in his possession. In this way, they seriously injured the injured party," announced ODT Podgorica.
