The police in Gusinje filed criminal charges against two people suspected of illegal occupation of land and construction of buildings without registration and documentation for construction in the Banište village.
As announced by the Police Administration, four criminal charges were filed against SB (46) and HB (53).
"A criminal complaint was filed against SB (46) due to the suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of illegal occupation of land and the criminal offense of building a building without registration and construction documentation," the announcement reads.
The police state that the SB on the katun called "Banište" which is managed by the Directorate for Forest and Hunting Management - PJ Gusinje, illegally occupied state land where it built a building without prior consent and the necessary permits for construction.
"The criminal complaint was also filed against HB (53), who is suspected of having committed the same criminal acts, in the way that he illegally occupied state land and built several buildings on the same katun managed by the Directorate for Forest and Hunting Management - PJ Gusinje - bungalows, two auxiliary facilities and one facility for the provision of catering services", the announcement concludes.
