MV (39) from Podgorica was arrested on suspicion of taking a vehicle belonging to a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH).
The Police Administration announced that a citizen of BiH reported that he was from the parking lot in Podgorica.
"The confiscated vehicle was found and returned to the owner. By order of the acting prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, MV was detained with a criminal complaint on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of confiscation of the vehicle," the announcement reads.
