The Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Podgorica ordered the detention of AP for up to 72 hours due to the suspicion that he stole three jackets from a boutique.
The ODT statement states that he is suspected of the prolonged criminal offense of theft.
"The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica ordered AP to be detained for up to 72 hours due to the well-founded suspicion that he committed a prolonged criminal offense of theft. On two occasions during the month of November, the suspect stole three jackets with a total value of around 800 euros from the boutique "B." sold to an unknown person," the announcement reads.
