The Council of the High Court in Podgorica, on the occasion of the proposal of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, determined a temporary measure of securing "prohibition of disposal" in relation to the immovable property of 13 defendants, namely Mileta Ojdanić, Nebojša Bugarin, Božidar Jabučanin, Miloš Mišurović, Goran Stojanović, Aleksandar Keković, Vladimir Bajčeta, Filip Zindović, Dražen Milović, Ivan Nikolić, Dejan Knežević, Ivan Mijatović, Milo Božović, and persons connected with them.
With this, a legally binding prohibition was imposed on Ojdanić in relation to: two residential and non-residential premises, an auxiliary building, a basement and a pasture, in Tivat and Andrijevica, with a total area of 2.206 square meters.
Ten business and six residential premises and five garages in Budva, with a total area of 4.145 square meters, were confiscated from Milo Božović.
Five residential, non-residential and business premises, an auxiliary building with a yard, in Podgorica and Kolašin, with a total area of 2.221 square meters, were seized from the Bulgarian.
22 residential, 16 non-residential and seven business premises, buildings under construction, orchards, fields and other land in Budva, Podgorica, Cetinje, Tivat and Nikšić were confiscated from the people of Jabučina, with a total area of 9.026 square meters.
58.009 square meters of land in Danilovgrad were confiscated from Mišurović.
Seven residential and two business premises, three auxiliary buildings, and a garage were seized from Keković, with land in Podgorica and Danilovgrad, with a total area of 5.194 square meters.
Bajčeti confiscated two residential premises, three garages and land in Podgorica, Žabljak and Tivat, with a total area of 578 square meters.
An apartment in Podgorica and a plot of land in Kolašin, with a total area of 678 square meters, were confiscated from Stojanović, and a residential area and plot of land in Bijelo Polje, with a total area of 16.579 square meters, were confiscated from Zindović.
An auxiliary building with land in Nikšić, with a total area of 3.477 square meters, was confiscated from Milović, and from Nikolic, two residential premises, with a total area of 99 square meters, in Kotor and in Podgorica.
Knežević's 74-square-meter residential space in Bar was confiscated, and Mijatović's 48-square-meter residential space in Budva was seized.
"Disposal bans were registered in the form of a note in the real estate cadastre, while, in addition to the financial investigation, criminal proceedings are ongoing against the defendants before the High Court in Podgorica, according to the indictments of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, for the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization, multiple criminal offenses of unauthorized production , keeping and putting into circulation narcotic drugs and money laundering, but also for the criminal offenses of causing general danger, illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials and disclosure of secret information," he announced.
