The largest part of the money, as it says, was paid in Belgium on May 21 of that year, 2.315.000 euros, and then another 1.586.000 euros for a "truck in Montenegro"...
According to him, they paid Jackal one and a half million euros in one tranche, and then another 150 and 160 euros each. They gave Hulk a million each and twice as much, as it says, for Rotterdam...
Three hundred thousand was paid to "the boss's people" on June 2, Stamatović states in the correspondence.
It says that 870.000 euros "went" to Amsterdam on June 6, and a day later 642.000 euros were given to Štětno...
"Come on, brother, please, let's move some of it somewhere. Well, dude, you have almost a million with me... Let's buy a good safe and weld it on Grahovo neđe and cover it up and put it there," says Stamatović in one of the phone messages.
The two of them communicated almost daily about settling accounts, calculating who invested how much money in the loading of cocaine, and how much was taken after the dirty money reached Stamatović through smuggling channels, then a member of the Possessive Operational Support Team in the Police Sector for the Fight against Organized Crime.
According to the correspondence, it was the policeman who was in charge of keeping and distributing the dirty money, i.e. handing it over to other members of the police drug cartel. It is clear from the messages which family members he hid the dirty money with.
During the conversation held on June 4, 2020, Milović informed him that he was leaving Kotor and asked him to prepare 80.000 euros for him because he bought a car.
"Okay. Just say the denominations. 20, 100 or 500 each?" the policeman asked him.
A day later, Milović informs the "accountant" of the police drug cartel about new drug deals and calculations:
"140 kg Amst. rac 315 kg Antwerp. "Given a million and Komita for house 136", writes Milović.
The nickname Komita na Skaj was used by the leader of the Kavac clan, Radoje Zvicer.
The two of them often counted up the amount of money given to Zvicer and Mileta Ojdanić, who also used the nickname Polar, so Stamatović warned his colleague that he owed nothing to anyone, but that he had millions.
Milović, however, then explains to him that it is not his money, but the money for the job.
During the second conversation, Milović sent a list of how 14.260.000 euros were distributed, of which, it says, on September 23, 2020 - one million was given to the "boss", and a few days later another 216.150 euros...
According to this calculation, 12.186.050 euros were distributed, and the rest 2.073.950.
Milović also discussed investing in the cocaine business with Zvicer, to whom he wrote in one of the conversations:
"How much I have there, I forgot because I didn't give any money... I also have to make an account. And for the house to build these days, that's easy for me", he sends hidden behind the nickname Officer.
The Swiss, using the nickname Born at the time, replied that he sent 150 to Santos and that he has 12 percent of the transfer: "We said to Uruguay, I put 20 for you and we trade for Eq. (Ecuador)”...
He surrendered after a year and a half
Former police commander Stamatović surrendered to the competent authorities the day before yesterday, a year and a half after a warrant was issued for him.
He is considered to be the most loyal associate of Ljub Milović, who, according to the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT), managed the so-called police cartel together with former policeman Mile Ojdanić.
Individuals in that group are accused of having organized the smuggling of cocaine from Ecuador to the countries of the European Union and Turkey, and then transported the money obtained from cocaine to Serbia and Montenegro... According to the investigators, they used that "dirty" money, among other things and in order to influence individual citizens not to exercise their right to vote in the parliamentary elections in August 2020...
