A public red warrant was issued for Filip Ivanović (33) from Cetinje.
The Police Directorate announced that at the request of the Podgorica office of the National Central Bureau of Interpol, a public international warrant was published for that fugitive, who is wanted for the purpose of conducting criminal proceedings before the High Court in Podgorica, for the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization, as a co-perpetrator of the criminal offense of murder. and as a co-perpetrator for the crime of aggravated murder.
The Police Administration announced that "FI is listed in the records of the Police Administration of Montenegro as a member of an organized criminal group, and extradition to Montenegro was planned for him after the completion of the criminal proceedings in the Republic of Serbia".
"He was previously deprived of his liberty in the Republic of Serbia on November 25.11.2020, 4.12.2024 on grounds of suspicion that he had committed the criminal offense of capital murder, and on December XNUMX, XNUMX he escaped from house arrest from his address in Belgrade and on that occasion forcibly removed his electronic surveillance. The law enforcement authorities of Montenegro and Serbia are exchanging intelligence and operational data and information with the aim of locating and depriving this person of freedom, for whom an international warrant, which was issued by NCB INTERPOL Podgorica", announced from UP.
They appealed to the citizens that, if they see Ivanovic, they should immediately report the information, that is, inform the police by calling the number 122, the nearest police station or in another way.
According to police records, Ivanović is a member of the Cetinje cell of the criminal Škaljar clan.
