The trial of Vitaly Grechin from Ukraine, resident in the United States of America (USA), Oleksander Lischinski, a citizen of Ukraine with residence in the Netherlands, Oleksii Blahoslavov from Kremenchuk, Ukraine, and Bogdan Petrov, a citizen of Russia, continued today in the High Court in Podgorica with the hearing of witnesses and defendants. from Tatarstan, who are accused of having committed the crime of human trafficking.
Witness Katarina Pindrak, one of the girls from Ukraine who, according to the prosecution, has the status of injured party, denied all allegations that negatively refer to the accused.
She said that she does not feel like a victim of human trafficking by Grečin and the other accused.
She pointed out that Vitaly was her friend and that he helped her when she was having a hard time.
She said that during the police interrogation, when she was taken into custody, she had the feeling that she was being pressured and that the police officers were asking her and other girls, who have the status of victims in this procedure, for sexual favors.
She added that she heard from the girls that one of the police officers asked one of them to kiss him.
The witness claims that the police officers touched her shoulders.
She added that she got the impression that during the proceedings, the police officers wanted her to make a victim in this case, to create circumstances under which she would receive the status of a victim.
She claimed today that her statement given to the police and the prosecutor's office was falsified and inaccurate, and that she did not say what was written in it.
After she was asked to inspect the signature on the statement from the Police Directorate, she said that it did not look like hers.
The judge read her statement today, after which she denied part of the allegations from the earlier statement she gave before the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica.
She said that it was not well translated from Ukrainian to Montenegrin language.
The state prosecutor stated that that court interpreter is still present today and translates her testimony before the court.
The witness Katarina Pindrak stated that it is not true that Vitalij Grečin touched the intimate parts of her body, that he did not film her, and that her statement given by the prosecution and the police was incorrectly interpreted.
She also denied part of the testimony given before the VDT, stating that it was not true that she said that a photographer took pictures and filmed a naked woman in a hotel in Tivat, but that they took pictures of landscapes.
She said that Vitalij Grečin did not say anything to her about posting photos on Only Fans.
"I feel insulted and humiliated because I was slandered. I also feel that in the eyes of my friend I am a traitor. I do not feel uncomfortable and I do not feel fear because of the presence of the accused, they are my friends," said the witness.
Accused Oleksej Blahoslav and Bogdan Petrov denied the commission of criminal acts and their guilt.
"I didn't have an agreement about filming and I have no connection with Only fans. I didn't talk to any of the girls about whether they had a profile on this platform before they came to Montenegro. At my invitation, four girls flew to the party, they are my friends "They were known as guests, just like me, and they had all the freedom to do what they wanted. I didn't hear any complaints from any of them, on the contrary, we were all having fun until the police came." Blahoslav.
Petrov said that he never allowed anyone to use drugs and that he used marijuana only for personal use.
"I am not guilty of human trafficking either. I came to Montenegro to rest and record a music video for my new song," he claims.
The indictment presented that the defendants were in October 2023 in Tivat and Kotor in Montenegro, acting as several persons in an organized manner and together with a certain Marko R. from Belgrade and Alexander the photographer from Russia, leading and maintaining a delusion, and a relationship of dependence injured Pindak Katatarini, to whom the defendant Vitaly Grechin provided accommodation in Ukraine, and who was abused in an intimate relationship, recruited and transported the injured, in order to sexual exploitation and use for pornographic purposes.
In the way that Grečin, Blahoslavov and Liscinski were accused, and after they found that the injured party had profiles on Only Fans platforms, using the war situation in Ukraine, by presenting false facts that they would organize gatherings, parties and concerts for them in Montenegro. They bought plane tickets for them, so that upon arrival at the airports in Podgorica and Tivat, the defendants would wait for them, and from there transport them to exclusive hotels and accommodation at the "Regent Porto Montenegro" hotel, and the costs were paid by the defendant Vitalij Grečin.
All the defendants organized the photography and filming of the girls' naked bodies, with the aim of sexual exploitation and use for pornographic purposes on the platforms. By which they committed the criminal offense of human trafficking as co-perpetrators.
In the decision of the High Court confirming the indictment, it is stated that from the evidence collected in the investigation, it follows that the accused are reasonably suspected of having committed the criminal acts charged against them.
"According to the order of this court, for now there is enough, both material and personal evidence, on which the reasonable suspicion is based that the defendants have committed the criminal acts charged against them, the degree of which is sufficient and necessary to confirm the indictment in question", it is stated in solution.
