Podgorica police arrested Turkish citizen TAD (28) suspected of sexually harassing two minors.
"TAD (28) is suspected of having committed the criminal offense he is charged with by touching two female minors on the back of their bodies when entering a retail store near the school," it is written in announcement of the Police Administration.
He will, it is added, be brought to the acting prosecutor for further jurisdiction along with a criminal complaint.
