The state prosecutor for juveniles of the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje, after the hearing, ordered detention for up to 72 hours against the juvenile from Rožaj, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of attempted murder.
He is suspected of having inflicted two stab wounds in the stomach and chest area on a minor, also from Rožaj, with a sharp object.
"The criminal report of the Rožaje OB Police Administration stated that on December 13, in the town of H., Rožaje municipality, there was a physical confrontation between two minors, during which one of the minors inflicted two stab wounds on the other minor with a sharp object in the stomach and chest area, as well as an injury in the head area, due to which injuries the minor was urgently transported to the KBC Berane, where he received medical care," it was announced from the High State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje.
