Anti-drug inspector arrested Goran Stojanovic instead of arresting the dealers, he cooperated with them, obtained marijuana from them, which he resold, and supplied them with cocaine, which they then dealt in.
In addition, he consulted with the heads of the Kavaka clan on whom to arrest, informed them when they were going to take action... Almost every day, he gave official information to criminals, revealed to them his colleagues in charge of investigations in the cases conducted against them, and he also set up a colleague from the then of the Special Police Department claiming Milan Vujotić that if he doesn't know him, the opposing, skalja clan is surely working with them.
This stems from the correspondence that the former inspector of the Danilovgrad Security Department conducted through the once protected Sky application with several members of the Kavac clan. He did this hidden behind a nickname Venom.
"Do you have weed and where is it?" asked the inspector for the fight against drugs from Podgorica Miloš Mišurović March 13, 2020.
Subsequently, he also asked him for photos, so that he would not take a sample, but only show the picture to his customers.
After his godfather informs him that he has 20 kilograms of "bad" goods, which he needs to send to Belgrade, he offers to order half of them from Albania...
They also agree on the price, so Mišurović explains that for him it is the same as he pays the Albanians in Podgorica - 450 euros per kilogram.
Stojanović and Mišurović exchanged thousands of messages, and it follows from them that the inspector supplied that man from Podgorica with cocaine, which he then sold in smaller quantities...
Seven days before he asked him for marijuana, Stojanović promised Mišurović that he would deliver cocaine to him as soon as the goods arrived, explaining that he had sold everything.
Even in July 2020, the inspector asks Mišurović for 20 or 30 kilograms of marijuana, offering money immediately, and shortly afterwards supplies him with cocaine again. He does the same at the end of that year.
"Do you need goods brother? White. If I'm available these days", he sent to Inspector Mišurović on December 20, 2020.
When he gets the answer that he will need it if the price is good, but that he won't "if you slaughter me like that", he explains that there is nothing cheap with him...
"I also have to fuck off a bit... There will be goods for 40, brother. Peruvian flex. If it fits", he sends it to Mišurović, who consults with him whether to take 50 or 100 grams.
Mišurović is also interested in when the goods arrive to the policeman, so he gets the answer:
"Tomorrow, God willing. In the evening, let me add... As much as you like, preferably 100 g"...
The man from Podgorica answers the policeman that he has to organize to stay in a pub:
"Because I must not give to anyone in bulk, they remain indebted to me and forget that I did it to them. Starting with my brother, then go on."
From the inspector, at that time in charge of fighting drugs, he receives advice on how to organize the dealing business:
"But take and write in a notebook and write down all your income and expenses in it, and you will have more. At least since I work like that, I earn more," writes Stojanović.
After handing over the cocaine to Mišurović in that delivery, he asks the policeman for another 150 grams for another "customer", after which the inspector advises him not to give a large bag, so that they don't find their DNA on it.
Mišurović thanks him for pointing it out and explains that he will repack, because, as he claims, he has a vacuum machine at home.
Not long after he gave him that amount of drugs, the inspector was interested in whether Wulf reported, then gets a reply:
"He told me that this one is on the coast and he is waiting for it to come... I stand behind you, brother. I'll give you money tonight. If he doesn't like it, 100 gr will be returned to you, I'll take 50", replied Mišurović.
Then he states that those who buy smaller quantities complain the most:
"People buy 100 kg each and don't ask questions, these are heavier than anyone by grams," he writes.
"Those who earn the most, who mix it up, they always whine. They are asking for installments, etc.," writes Stojanović.
A little later, Mišurović contacted him to bring him 2.000 euros for the 50 grams he took, but also to return 100 grams because the other dealer didn't like the goods... Nevertheless, he found a new buyer and informed the policeman that he sold 40 euros each for a gram, just to take it away from him...
"Is it valid for Christmas"
At the beginning of 2021, the inspector offered cocaine to Mišurović and, according to the correspondence, while he was on shift at the Danilovgrad police station.
"Who doesn't need goods, brother?" he asked him on January 7.
"Is she the same, brother, is she good for Christmas? They told me that the goods were overflowing," Mišurović tells him.
The policeman tells him that it is good to work, but also that he is on duty that night...
Stojanović was arrested in March 2023 on charges of being part of a police drug cartel. In January 2024, he was released from custody, but was deprived of his liberty at the gate of Spuša prison due to charges in another case.
The Special State Prosecutor's Office accuses that police inspector of having committed the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization and the extended criminal offense of abuse of official position, i.e. in 2020 and 2021, he became a member of the criminal group formed by Zvicer and Vujotić.
He was accused of receiving and carrying out orders from Vujotić through the Sky application, and he also accepted that he "created the conditions for the execution of crimes against life and limb" and in this way, according to the SDT, facilitated the criminal group's preparations for numerous attempts to liquidate high-ranking members of the Skaljar clan Jovan Vukotić i Jovan Jovanovic.
The officer sent 20.000 euros
Stojanović and Mišurović continuously discuss joint drug dealings, but also others involved in that business, especially mentioning police officers Ivan Stamatović, Nebojša Bugarin, Ljub Milović and one of the leaders of the Kavak clan, Milan Vujotić.
"Do you know how much the Officer's job cost me? 20 thousand", asks the police officer Mišurović on September 29, 2020.
After he answered: "How much did he give you, 20.000," the policeman writes: "Now I don't know if I'm crazy. Me to Aco Mićunović. Now Batica gave me"...
They addressed Milović with the nickname Oficir, and Stamatović with the nickname Batica...
Mišurović asks for clarification as to whether Stojanović owed anything to the team with whom he does business, and receives a negative answer and an explanation that he pays everything from day one.
"Now I don't know what they calculated, but if it's as you told me, it's ridiculously small", states Mišurović...
Stojanović replies that he is tired of doing business with his colleagues, but also asks the man if he needs money...
