The trial was postponed, the judge ordered Karadžić to be brought to the next hearing

The trial of Pljevljak Marinko Palibrk (32) and Radojica Karadžić (37) from Podgorica, known as Boldi, accused of the criminal offense of unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs, was postponed today in the High Court in Bijelo Polje.

The hearing was postponed due to the defendant Karadžić's failure to appear.

Judge Ivan Adamović ordered the issuance of an urgent summons to the Police Department of the Security Center (CB) Podgorica for his arrest for the next hearing on February 19, pointing out that today, for unknown reasons, the arrest order was not carried out, while the defense announced that they were aware of his whereabouts undergoing treatment.

According to the indictment, the defendant Karadžić sold 6 grams of heroin to Palibrk for 200 euros in Podgorica on October 15.

Of that quantity, the OB Žabljak police, after consuming part of the drug, found the remaining 10,789 grams near Palibrko, which was in the van of the carrier "Radulović prevoz".

Later, during a search of a house in Podgorica near Karadžić, the police found one plastic bag containing 0 grams of heroin, and in another 314 grams of the same drug, as well as a digital scale with traces of herion, while a search of a house near Palibrk found a hand-made a package containing the narcotic drug amphetamine in the amount of 0 grams. The trial is scheduled for February 017.
