Several residential buildings, business premises, apartments, yachts, expensive cars and watches were temporarily seized by the state in criminal proceedings against the criminal group led by Vaso Ulić and Radoje Zvicer.
The Podgorica High Court has placed a ban on the disposal of numerous assets that belong to the defendants in that case, as well as to those connected to them.
At the request of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT), that decision was made by the investigating judge Suzana Mugoša.
Family residential buildings with an area of 473 and 249 square meters, several residential and non-residential areas of 60 to 150 square meters, pastures, meadows, fields, forests and vineyards were confiscated from Vas Ulic on only one cadastral plot.
His daughter, at least until the end of the criminal proceedings, cannot dispose of business premises of 496 and 426 square meters in Podgorica, nor an apartment of 45 square meters in Sveti Stefan, nor Ulic's son-in-law a 76 square meter apartment in Sveti Stefan, nor four garages of 13 square. Ulic's son-in-law also has a four-story residential and commercial building with all separate parts, two commercial spaces and 63 residential spaces in Zabjelo, of which he is a co-owner, blocked. Even Ulic's son-in-law's business partner cannot dispose of that property.
He cannot dispose of business premises with an area of 144, i.e. 87 square meters in Podgorica, a pasture area of 1.800 square meters in Donja Gorica, nor a seven-story residential and commercial building with a basement, basically 518 square meters... numerous business and residential premises in the main to the city, buildings, garages...
Plots in Herceg Novi, with an area of about 2.500 square meters, registered to Ulic's partner, were also blocked.

Mileta Božović from Beran will not be able to dispose of the property in the village of Lužac there. A field with an area of 588 square meters, a meadow of 3.488 square meters, and eight orchards with a total area of 26.211 square meters were temporarily blocked for him. The prohibition of disposal was also registered on his business premises with an area of 112 square meters, land in Lužac with a total area of 7.916 square meters, but also on two other orchards with an area of 3.313 and 4.603 square meters. The property registered to his company was also blocked, with a total area of 681 square meters, then a forest with an area of 8.950 square meters, and land of 2.736 square meters.
Radul Božović's office space in Podgorica, with an area of 46 square meters, was blocked, and his sister was temporarily prohibited from having a one-room apartment in Bar, as well as an apartment in the capital.
A temporary ban on disposal was also placed on his wife's land located in Bar, as well as on a 237 square meter apartment in that city, which is registered to Božović's father, as well as on three garage spaces with a total area of 39 square meters.
The property of Petar Miranović's mother and sister - apartments of 198 and 192 square meters - are also temporarily blocked, and Vukan Čoković Matić is forbidden to dispose of plots of land in Žabljak of 289 and 287 square meters, as well as land and an orchard in Sveti Stefan...
Luxury watches and four-wheelers
When it comes to movable property, among the temporarily seized items are Vuk Vulević's Škoda Superb, his wife's Tiguan, Čoković's Smart Forfour, Ulic's Land Rover and two Mercedes of his family members, one of which is his son, defendant Nikola Ulic.
"Mercedes" was confiscated from Petar Miranović, "Ford Ranger" and "Golf" from Marinko Prelević, and "Audi Q5" and "Audi A3" from Viktor Drešaj...
A BMW X5 was confiscated from Radomir Dobriša, a Range Rover Sport from Vukan Čoković, and a Volvo S90 and BMW... from Mileta Božović.
A member of Dragan Pavličević's family had his fishing vessel temporarily confiscated, and Čoković's yacht "Ranieri".
Dozens of high-value wristwatches were taken from the defendants in that case, including several brands "Rolex", "Patek Philippe", "Audemars piguet", "Cartier", "Gerarad perregaux", "Bvlgari"...
Action "General" in which Ulić and several members of his criminal group were deprived of their freedom was implemented in July.
In security circles, that action was marked as one of the most important blows to the mafia, given the names on the nineteen-member list of suspects for transnational cocaine smuggling.
Some of the defendants in that SDT case have been among the main players in criminal circles around the world for more than two decades - Ulić, Veselin Paro Pavličić, Vukan (Vinetu) Čoković Matić, Vuk Vulević, Ivan Delić, brothers Viktor and Leon Drešaj, Vjekoslav Lambulić , Switzerland...
This is confirmed by the official statements of the Police Administration - that "leaders and high-ranking members of high-risk organized criminal groups, with many years of continuity in the implementation of criminal activities in the field of organized crime" were also deprived of their freedom.
In the case files against members of that alleged criminal association, it is stated that Ulić, Zvicer, Veselin Pavličić, Ivan Delić, Damir Mandić, Vuk Vulević, Dragan Pavličević, Radovan Pantović and other unidentified persons from the end of November 2020 to the end of June 2021 without authorization, and for the purpose of resale they transported about 900 kilograms of cocaine.
