"Police officers of the Regional Security Center "Zapad", Security Department Nikšić, in cooperation with the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić, shed light on the criminal offense of causing general danger committed to the detriment of one person.
Namely, on December 6, at 18.15:24 p.m., police officers were informed by the injured party that, while he was in front of his family home in the town of Macavare, an unknown person fired shots in his direction, after which he moved away from the scene. Police officers of the Nikšić Security Department, as it is added, took intensive measures and actions in order to shed light on this event and came to suspect that the perpetrator is NK (XNUMX) from Niksic.
"The apartment and other premises used by the NK were searched, and on that occasion a hunting rifle suspected of being used in the commission of this crime was found and confiscated, as well as three pieces of hunting cartridges, 35 pieces of explosive detonating sticks and a bundle of slow-burning sticks. Confiscated weapons, ammunition and explosives will be the subject of appropriate expertise," the police announced.
The police said that the prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić was informed of the incident, who ordered that a criminal report be filed against NK due to the suspicion that he had committed the criminal offense of causing public danger.
