Inspector for the fight against drugs Goran Stojanovic he offered his colleagues from the service on a tray to the baristas, told them in which sector they worked, where they lived, and told the associates from the clan that if they didn't know them, they must be working for their rivals.
From the transcripts of the thousands of messages he exchanged with barmen and colleagues who subordinated the interests of the service to an organized criminal group Radoja Zvicer i Milan Vujotić, it can be seen that Stojanović often and on his own initiative offered to check secret police bases for Kavčani, informing the criminals when he was on shift...
In November 2020, he sends Vujotić two photos and correspondence with a person whose nickname on Sky was Balinez, who had previously assured Stojanović that the man he photographed was using Sky, claiming that he was deliberately walking past him to see which application he was using to send messages.
He also informs him that there is an inspector in the photo.
"Which inspector is this", asks Vujotić and receives detailed information that it is Fr MV from Podgorica, who worked in the Special Team in the "can".
He also explains to Vujotić where that inspector lives.
The high-ranking man from Kavčani states that he must still be working in that team, which Stojanović confirms by specifying what the responsibilities of that police officer are.
"Sometimes searches are also covered by org. crime groups for outside Montenegro. He is not naive if he has a crypt, because it is covered by good places. It works, brother, and if you're not known, then it's safe for them," he wrote to the leader of the Podgorica cell of the Kavaka clan, who has been on the run for years.
Vujotić replies that he does not know, but that he will see.
At the same time, he asks the inspector who they are going to search in Spuž, which Stojanović reveals to him after he arrives at work:
"In the morning we go to Pajović, A wolf i anja. It moved Svetlana Vujović from Spuž", writes the policeman and sends a photo of Svetlana Vujović.
After that, he asks Vujotić: "Should I arrest the scumbag?" and gets the answer: "Burn them at the stake"...
He talked about Pajović with Vujotić after the search, when he informed him that they had found nothing...
During that correspondence, the inspector conveyed to Vujotić all the details of the informative interview with Spužanin...
Days before, and months after that, he informed him who the police were looking for, checking whether "theirs" were on the lists or just members of another clan, and he also gave information that came from partner services from the region.
He also conveyed to him the information he had heard from police officials, but also what he had heard "from the street" about a colleague who is allegedly in godfather relations with Vujotić, stressing that everyone knows that they "hear each other through the crypt"...
Stojanović showed his servility to the clan by very often offering Vujotić to say if those he was going to search were close to him, so when he received a negative answer, he told him that he would "fry their soup"...
He addressed him in messages as "the boss", constantly asking if there was anything to check, but he also refrained from carrying out police actions against those for whom Vujotić would ask that "energy not be wasted on them"...
That he subordinated the interests of the service to a criminal group and used the police badge for dirty work is also shown by his correspondence with several accused members of the so-called of the police drug cartel, to whom he sent data from the police bases, but also daily transmitted information he obtained as an inspector...
In February 2021, he sent Vujotić the license plates of the car driven by his colleague Vladan Lazović, clarifying that it is a "white Škoda new Octavia"...
"Vladan Lazov. spec. department drives. That cousin of Lazović. With Slavkom Đurov. what is the best man. The blue one", he explains...
During one correspondence, he sends information to Vujotić about several guys from Konik and Stari Aerodoro, explaining that they sell drugs.
However, when he receives information about who they work for, he replies to Vujotić: "Not to film them and set them up to control them, eh?".
"Branko Tomic. Listen to see if it's in those Danilovgrad books of yours. And a picture if he has one," Vujotić sent him in one of his correspondences.
The policeman says that he will do it the same afternoon, but also asks: "I can organize a search for him if necessary, huh?".
In one conversation, he informed Vujotić that he had to interrogate Cetinje Vasilij Todorović.
"Now it occurred to me to listen Vasilij Todorović because of that pen info letter," he wrote to Vujotić on November 10, 2020.

He did the same after almost all hearings, if those who testified in any way mentioned organized criminal groups, especially soldiers of the Kavački clan or their dirty work, including murders...
Stojanović was arrested in March 2023 on charges of being part of a police drug cartel. In January 2024, he was released from custody, but was deprived of his liberty at the gate of Spuša prison due to charges in another case.
The Special State Prosecutor's Office accuses the police inspector of having committed the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization and the prolonged criminal offense of abuse of official position, i.e. in 2020 and 2021, he became a member of the criminal group formed by Zvicer and Vujotić.
He was accused of receiving and carrying out orders from Vujotić through the Sky application, and he also accepted that he "created the conditions for the execution of crimes against life and limb" and in this way, according to the SDT, facilitated the criminal group's preparations for numerous attempts to liquidate high-ranking members of the Skaljar clan...
He "whispers" to Vujotić what he hears over the radio
I'm going to work until the morning....do you have a check, brother? Stojanović wrote to Vujotić on February 6, 2021.
On the same day, he informs him about everything he hears over the radio, including that a car was set on fire in Konik, that the "blind" of foreign license plates was checked, as well as a photo of that car, as well as the information about the cafe the driver stopped at.
After Vujotić replied that it was the car of a co-worker of the coffee shop, the inspector replied: "Jbg. I'm already at work"...
Two days later, Vujotić asked him to check border crossings for a certain Vujošević.
"For what period are you interested in the border? Or only the last exit and entrance?", asks the inspector...
Is Lakovic good with any of the enemies?
The policeman asked Vujotić whether the current chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for Security and Defense, Miodrag Mišo Laković, was "good with some of the enemies", and he mentioned him in the context of his appointment as an adviser to the then Deputy Prime Minister Dritan Abazović...
"That Mišo Laković who was once a drug boss will be Dritanu Abazov. to the cabinet advisor. And he filled himself with steam. I'm afraid this one is going to burn well. Now I don't know if he is good with any of the enemies. It will be a place stronger than direct. of the police," he writes.
When he receives a negative answer, he continues:
"Well, it's great if that's the case, but he filled up on time and laundered money through the catering business. It's not my salary. Now he will surely act honest, etc.," writes the inspector...
