The MPs of Democratic Montenegro claim that the informal group of students "Kamo Śutra?" is not behind the request for the resignation of the Minister of Internal Affairs Danilo Saranović and the Deputy Prime Minister for Security and Defense Aleksa Bečić. already "Milo Đukanović personally, together with his criminal clans".
"The call for protests is not the voice of the people, but the voice of Bemax, Aco Mijajlović, the Kiavački, Škaljarski and other clans, who have been regressing Montenegro for decades in an attempt to regain control over the security sector," reads the statement signed by Boris Bogdanović, Zdenka Popović, Nikola Rovčanin, Anđela Vojinović, Duško Stjepović, Albin Ćeman and Momčilo Leković.
They claim that behind the protests "stand people who have destroyed Montenegrin homes for more than three decades".
"Dismembering them along the red lines of religion and nation, bringing hatred and discord into every corner of this country. They are the ones who produced the two most powerful criminal clans in the Balkans, behind which bloody traces were left all over Montenegro - 711 killed and 82 unsolved crimes It wasn't enough for them that the local bloodthirsty were sowing death, they imported them from the region to finish what they started Milo Đukanović, the man who deceived the entire Montenegrin public by claiming that the killer continued to kill people in Cetinje during the press conference, and the same man who half a year ago claimed that he was threatened with murder. All these are lies that have only one goal - to return crime to where it belongs according to their rules: to the top of the institutions," the announcement reads.
They add that the protests "are being organized by those who enabled Milo Đukanović's son to earn 14 million euros per year, who turned the security systems into Brac's can, the Army into a sister's business, the ANB into sons' and concessions, the state into a godfather, and the Budget of Montenegro into a private company Bemax, which was practically the owner of Montenegro".
"The protests are organized by those who signed for the release of Zoran Lazović and Milivoj Katnić, preparing the ground with the judges of the Constitutional Court to release the perpetrators of the most serious crimes. When they were prevented by the express reaction of the Parliament, they are now trying with the help of criminal structures to regain control over The protests are organized by those who, four days after the massacre in Medovina, demanded that the Parliament of Montenegro not discuss security and responsibility, but the separation of Zeta from Podgorica, while the fates of the victims and the consequences of their policies did not even touch them. They were so concerned about people's lives. While we, as the opposition, were silent on those issues. Protests are organized by those who remained silent after the massacre in Pljevlja , Berana, Bijelo Polje and Herceg Novi, where the killer Zeković brutally killed the entire family, including three minor children aged 7, 10 and 12. That killer was not arrested either day, not even the next day, he fled the country by hitchhiking, bus and on foot, traveled all over Montenegro and was finally arrested in Serbia. Where were their analyzes and criticisms then? The protests are organized by those who distributed weapons from military warehouses on election day – 100 automatic rifles, 26.000 bullets, 190 cannon shots and an arsenal for a military company of 120 soldiers. Weapons which, according to the Ministry of Defense, were never returned to the Army of Montenegro, but are still with those who celebrated the "Milo Đukanović system" at the time.
The Democratic MPs also claim that the protests are being organized by "those who submitted false resignations after the tragedy in Bioč, where 47 people died and 130 were injured, while claiming that 'there is no question of responsibility'".
"Ministers continued to perform their functions. Those whose hands bear evidence of crimes - the beating and murders of Duško Jovanović, Slavoljub Šćekić, Goran Žugić and Belo Raspopović - are calling for protests. These people are the organizers of the protests. All the others who participate are only their branches , with a small number of misguided individuals. That's why we call on those people to open their eyes and not allow Montenegro to be led from the dark corridors of criminal clans ever again."
They also state that they know "why these people are asking for the resignations of Šaranović and Bečić".
"Because it was the security sector with the reformed prosecutor's office that found the key clues that lead to the octopuses. And the octopuses know that justice will not stop and that no one will be spared. That's why they are desperately fighting now. But that fight is in vain - justice will win. And that this is true is best confirmed by the fact that today Đurašković, who was the mayor of Cetinje and then, during the massacre in Medovina, and now, whose party formed the Government of Montenegro, is asking for his resignation. Gore, elected the Prime Minister and the Minister of the Interior, whose party president was the Deputy Prime Minister and the head of all security services. We are not like the opposition to that Government, because we are not brokers and hypocrites who try to score the worst political points." , the announcement concludes
