The State Prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić, after the hearing, issued a decision on the detention of IK due to the well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of violence in the family or in the family community.
"There is a well-founded suspicion that on January 6 in Nikšić, IK, by threatening to attack the life and body of his wife, with whom he lives in an extramarital union, endangered her safety," it is stated in the press release of ODT Nikšić.
