Businessmen Zoran Bećirović and Mladen Mijatović have their detention extended until further court decisions.
In addition, the indictment against Bećirović, his son Luka, Mijatović and Ljubiša Dukić, who are charged with the attack on a "Pobjeda" journalist and two members of her family on November 10, 2024 in Podgorica, has been amended and submitted to the Podgorica Basic Court, RTCG reports.
The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica previously filed an indictment against the four of them with that court for the criminal offense of violent behavior.
Dukić's detention was earlier lifted after an appeal by his lawyer.
"On November 10, 2024, the defendants physically attacked a journalist from the daily newspaper 'Pobjeda', AR, as well as the persons who were with her, UG and AT, on Blaža Jovanovića Street in Podgorica, causing them injuries and insults," the ODT announced in early December.
