Detention for up to 72 hours for suspect who threatened to make his ex-wife's life hell

After a hearing at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office, MD was ordered to be detained for up to 72 hours, due to reasonable suspicion that he had committed the criminal offense of domestic violence or family violence.

The prosecutor's office announced that MD is suspected of threatening VS's ex-wife on December 27th of last year, in the family apartment, that he would make her life hell if she continued to tell lies about him:

"As well as the fact that he associates with people for whom life means nothing and who are ready, at his request, to 'put a bullet in the forehead'."
