When they beat him, they break one of his knees with a bat, he doesn't need a bullet or anything. He'll never work in the emergency room again. Or with a hammer, guaranteed to break every bone in his knee - that's how it is Milos Medenica planned an attack on a police officer from Kolašin Mladena Lebo Bošković, while simultaneously developing a plan to have the "Democrats" from his hometown, a certain Honeymooners.
This is shown by the messages sent by the son of the former Supreme Court president. Vesne Medenica sent via the once-protected Sky app at the end of 2020 and the beginning of next year.
"Let's not let Lebo get dirty first... I'll do that little one." Echo "...get involved in that, that he's a tipper. And they need to know that that bald bastard is ready. Those two have to be really hitters, to hit him, the first one can't miss, because that kebab is carrying a gun... And I'm afraid they won't leave any traces for someone to find. Let them break him down for a start, and we'll see how he behaves. When they knock him down, break one of his knees with a bat, he doesn't need a bullet or anything. He'll never work in the emergency room again. Or with a hammer, guaranteed to break every bone in his knee. He'll scream like a goat," Medenica wrote on December 20, 2020, to an interlocutor who used the pin T0SEE3 on the then encrypted application.
According to the indictment filed by the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) against Miloš Medenica's criminal group, Kolašinac incited that person to inflict serious bodily harm on Bošković. However, during the initial investigation, the authorities did not identify who from Kolašinac's criminal team was writing behind that pin.
After outlining a plan to attack a fellow citizen, Medednica asks if it can be done in the entrance of the building where the police officer lives, and then wonders if Bošković could open fire:
"Don't let him shoot, brother, because you're leaving a wounded man with a gun. If a bullet goes through his muscle, he won't feel it at first, he can just pull it and shoot," he concludes, adding that he's not sure what to do, but that something has to be done...
"Because he's overreacting, and now it's ideal because he had a fight with Medenica from the Democrats, Vlad's "brother. He was teasing him. He should take advantage of the situation, so that he thinks they are Serbs," he writes.
Medenica wrote to the same interlocutor that day that he had "finished" placing his security guards in two hotels in Kolašin, who would sell a kilogram of cocaine per month... He also told him that no one else would be allowed to bring "goods" into those tourist complexes, which "Vijesti" published yesterday...
To make a pauper out of him
SDT files show that Medenica had a grudge against the police officer because, despite threats, he did not agree to change his statement in the proceedings against Kolašinac. Ivan Jeknic called echo, but also because he regularly entered data into the police system about the criminal activities of Vesna Medenica's son and his friends.
According to Bošković's statement, Medenica was taken from him and his colleague Predrag Rakočević asked them to change their statement, telling them that there is life after uniform...
About fifteen days after explaining to his associate how to attack a police officer, Medenica writes about it again:
"We'll have to calm Lebac down, because he's also slowly getting stronger, and through his uniform, but I'm waiting for him to hook up with someone and we'll jump in right away, because if he does, he'll immediately say I organized it," he sends on January 2, 2021.
The interlocutor warns him not to do that yet, to which Medenica states that he will not do it yet, but that he will first reconcile with him "within a month."
"To apologize to him and say that I was wrong and then when he makes a mistake, just from the side - dange dange and send him 101 roses to the hospital tomorrow. And write him on a note - roses are the best gift for a ***. Brother, I'm already working on that, because I have to find out everything he has and plans first and that we're one step ahead. I'm even going so far as to know what he's thinking and planning, and to just evade everything he's thinking about doing, until he goes crazy and gives up on himself, thinking that he can't do anything anymore. To make him disappointed in himself and life, to lose self-confidence. He needs to suffer. To make him a pauper, to torture him, so that he doesn't know when we're completely f***ing him, to know that he can't do anything, to come and tell him - we did this to you with all our might, and that will then finish him off, that he'll die alone like a dog," writes Medenica.
That Kolašinac was arrested on May 25, 2022 at Podgorica airport. He was deprived of his liberty after arriving by plane from Belgrade. Previously, the police had already arrested his mother, Vesna Medenica. She was deprived of her liberty on April 17 of that year, at around 22 p.m., when she was trying to board the last flight to Belgrade.
Smuggling, verdict-fixing, violence...
The SDT charges Miloš Medenica with forming a criminal organization whose members included his mother, Vesna Medenica, and her former bodyguard. Darko Lalović, a police officer Milorad Medenica, a judge Milica Vlahović Milosavljević, including Vasilije Petrović, Bojan i Marko Popovic, Marko Vučinić, Port of Bakoč, Petar Milutinović, Customs Administration employee Ivana Kovačević, Radomir Raičević, Marjan Bevenja, Stevo Karanikic, Goran Jovanovic and "Kopad Company" from Nikšić...
A man from Podgorica was also arrested six months ago. Nikola Raičević, who is suspected of being part of that organized crime group.
He was handcuffed on July 24, 2024, and previously he was wanted for more than two years at the national and international level.

Imprisonment of six months to five years
Special prosecutors charge Miloš Medenica with intentionally inciting another to commit a criminal offense, which was not even attempted, on December 20, 2020, at around 21 p.m., in Kolašin, aware of his act, which he wanted to commit and aware that his act was prohibited.
"In the way that, from his encrypted phone and account O16KG5, to an unknown person who uses an encrypted phone and account T0SEE3, in order to create a decision for him to commit a serious crime according to Mladen Lebo Bošković, an officer of the Intervention Unit of the Police Department of the Kolašin Security Department physical injury from Article 151 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro, for which a prison sentence of up to five years can be imposed, sent text messages: 'Let them break him well to begin with, and we'll see how he behaves', 'When they knock him down with a bat and break his knee, he doesn't need a bullet, nothing', 'He will never work in the emergency room again', 'Or with a hammer, guaranteed every bone in the knee is cracking, there is a need to buck like a goat', but the unknown person did not even begin the act of execution, thereby committing the criminal offense of grievous bodily harm by means of incitement from Article 151 paragraph 1 in connection with art. 24 "paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro", it is written in the prosecution's files...
"The fact that a criminal offense for which there is a reasonable suspicion that an unknown person was instigated by the defendant was not even attempted is not an obstacle to filing an indictment, considering Article 24, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro, according to which anyone who intentionally incites another to commit a criminal offense for which a prison sentence of five years or a more severe penalty may be imposed by law, and the offense is not even attempted, shall be punished as for an attempted criminal offense, or the prescribed punishment for the basic form of the criminal offense of serious bodily injury, from six months to five years," prosecutors explain in the files against Medenica.
