The Herceg Novi police have filed a criminal complaint against BR (33), a person close to an organized crime group, on suspicion of forging documents, the Police Directorate (UP) announced.
"Vijesti" learned that this is Bojana Roganović, the wife of Duško Roganović, a member of the criminal Kavač clan.
As announced, she is suspected of committing this crime by submitting a request to the Ministry of Internal Affairs - Regional Unit for Administrative Affairs, Citizenship and Foreigners Herceg Novi, for the issuance of a passport for her minor child, on which occasion she attached a document - the consent of one parent for the submission of the request and the issuance of a travel document for the minor child by the other parent - DR, a member of a high-risk organized criminal group, for whom an international arrest warrant has been issued for a series of serious criminal offenses.
"This document was allegedly certified by a notary in another country, which was determined to be a forgery. Police officers will continue their intensive and uncompromising fight against organized crime and members of organized crime groups, as well as persons close to them, in order to create a favorable security environment for the life and work of all citizens," the statement reads.
