A Kolašin Municipality official is suspected of entering false information about works on the bridge in Mušovića Rijeka.

The Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Kolašin has filed an indictment against a civil servant of the Municipality of Kolašin for the criminal offense of forging an official document. According to the prosecutor's office, "in his capacity as a supervisory authority, he entered false information into an official document."

"He certified the official document with his signature in a way that stated that the works on the bridge in Mušovića Rijeka were carried out in accordance with the submitted documentation, even though he knew that the works had not been carried out. He submitted such a document to the office of the Mayor of the Municipality and the Secretariat for Spatial Planning," the ODT statement reads.
