At least 15 people from the Skaljar clan were killed after falling into a trap set up over an encrypted phone. Milo Radulović called Captain, who was kidnapped by the people of Kavčani led by the people of Belgrade Veljko Belivuk i Marko Miljković.
In communication with a fugitive police officer Ljubo Milović, this is stated by a person who wrote on Sky under the nickname Wicked Mountain.
He, however, claims that Radulović did it voluntarily, but other chats from the now decrypted application show that the Captain was captured, forced to lure clan associates from his phone, and that he was eventually tortured and brutally killed...
In several correspondences preceding this one dated December 16, 2020, a former police officer and a man who calls himself God, they are discussing the liquidations of the Skaljari people, but now in light of new information about Kapatan's involvement in these crimes...
"Did you see how the dog I got high on and wiped out Barane for him was setting up all the living, they weren't Risto i Salvation", he says.
Previously, there was a rumor circulating in criminal circles that Risto Mijanović i Savo Lopicic actually sold, which is why the massacre of the Skaljar people started...
"Mile Radulović, best man" Vukotić i Mićko Vujović... They tied up the couches and ironed 15 people, kidnapped and killed Igor and everyone,” Montana explains.
Milović under the nickname Officer He writes that he knows who it is, but is surprised by the events: "Is it possible... The famous general... He was breaking into TV with Luka Đurović... Long ago.”
The caller confirms that it is that person, saying that they have his contacts because they "cloned his crypt"...
"Watched the video... All the couches, Trouble and all," he writes Wicked Mountain.
"So he was setting them up... Oh," asks the officer, and the officer replies that he had been telling the Skaljari people for a long time that there was a threat coming from Bar:
"Someone close to you is setting you up, and they all - Božo went crazy... So now they say, you were right all along, I'll give them the names of all the coffee makers and the codes and they'll find everything."
The police officer at the time asks him about the Captain's current location, and the interlocutor replies that he has fled.
"Last night they posted something on YouTube - Mile is a traitor... Brother, he set Joka up through Risto... Well, then he made Risto out to be a traitor, then he distracted Risto... It was all in agreement, brother, the other day they kidnapped Milan Ljepoja in BG, my fellow Pink Panther, sent me a message - 'the General (Captain) wants to treat him to a blind date, but not to tell anyone alive... That's how it was discovered and he started to suspect," says Božo.
Milović asks - has this Ljepoja disappeared, and he replies that he has.
The Special State Prosecutor's Office claims that the head of the Kavač clan Radoje Switzerland He ordered the killing of Ljepoja, after which he rewarded the six Serbian citizens who participated in the crime with 35.000 euros each.
Ljepoja was allegedly a member of a group of thieves, the so-called "Pink Panthers", and Zvicer ordered his liquidation, according to the documents, because he considered him a member of an opposing criminal organization and one of the participants in the attempted assassination of him in Kiev, Ukraine.

"So, is that one missing?"...
"Yes, Montana answers, they kidnapped him the other day... The general sent him to Belgrade"...
He then explains that he had a "big fight" with the Captain while Igor was still alive: "I told him all sorts of things that came to mind. And later to Risto, and that's why they collaborated. When I feel someone is shit."
Dedović was a high-ranking member of the Skaljarci, and was killed in mid-January 2020 in Athens. He died together with his friend and associate Stevan Stamatović.
"He created a massacre," Milović states, saying he cannot believe it.
"Yes, 15-16 people... And Miloš in Marbella... Miloš was a great guy"...
In early June 2020, a man was killed in Marbella, Spain. Milos Perunicic (41) originally from Bar.
While he was walking, as the Spanish media reported at the time, a man dressed in blue pants and a surgical mask approached him and fired several shots at him.
"He stood pretty still and shot," an eyewitness told the portal sevilla.abc.es.
Unofficial police sources said at the time that the victim was close to a criminal group. Alan Kožara...
The officer then adds that Peruničić was a "money machine": "He ran their business"...
During the communication, they return to the Captain, and Božo then says that he once gave him a hand-held rocket launcher...
"Jbg, I gave him a wasp and a couple of babies for it... He brought one and almost shot Jovica with it... Everything was found out"...
Back in April last year, the news reported that Mile Radulović, after being captured by the Kavčani, threatened Jovan Vukotić that he would "throw a zolja (wasp) at him"...
The captain then writes to the leader of the Kavač clan that he did not betray Kožar and would never do so:
"I would never betray Adžo in my life, no matter how you look at him!!! Never!!!! You know very well, you stole his cocaine, the whole of Bar knows it!!! I don't talk to spies and thieves!!! And you're poisoning the good, and that's you, you scoundrel Serdar!!! You f**k everything alive and dead!!!! I'll personally throw a slur at you, you stinking piece of shit!!! Adžo wanted to kill you", he wrote to him at the time.
Milović is then again surprised by the events, and asks his associate whether the Captain was kidnapped or did it of his own free will:
"Did they kidnap him and frame him?" he asks.
"No, no, but voluntarily," he replies.
"I'm surprised Mićka didn't set it up," says the Officer.
"But it's not, Mićko is careful, and the godfathers are, imagine," Božo replies.
Milović then predicts that Mile Radulović has completed his mission and that the people of Kavča will kill him, now that they have used him.
"They're going to hit him now... If they haven't already... He's finished his mission," says the fugitive policeman.
"Not yet, but they will soon," his interlocutor concludes.
They opened the crypt, and there were Velja, Rale, Vujota...
Božo tells Milović how the Skaljar people discovered that the Captain had betrayed them.
"Now there's a problem on both sides... They turned off his active crypto and put him back on another phone, when everyone is on the line... Velja, Rale, Vujota, everyone," he says during the correspondence.
The policeman at the time noted that the Captain played an important role in the Skalja clan...
"He asked around a lot, that's why he was able to hire so many people."
The interlocutor claims that he agrees with this and explains that he deliberately framed everyone they thought had a connection to the attempted murder of Zvicer in Ukraine.
"Then he questioned everyone, what, how, and they kidnapped everyone they had connections to... The ones from BG... Damir and Alen were killed and so on... But, when you have a traitor, that's how it goes," says Montaña Malvada.
John did not believe until the very end...
The officer also asks how it is possible that the Skaljarci didn't drag the Captain in when they felt he had betrayed them.
"How come they didn't trick him into picking him up somewhere... How did he feel he was being offered," asks the former police officer.
Montaña Malvada explains that until the very end, Jovan Vukotić did not believe that he was the one who was working for them...
"If we hadn't cloned his phone, we wouldn't have believed it... It wasn't all him, until the other day Jov wrote to come and meet him in a bar, like some in a bar... That's when he became suspicious," claims the policeman's interlocutor on Sky.
Brother, he set up Joko through Risto.. Well, then he made Risto a traitor, then he distracted Risto... It was all in agreement, brother, the other day they kidnapped Milan Ljepoja in BG, my friend the Pink Panther, he sent a message - 'the General (Captain) wants to treat him to a blind date, but not to tell anyone alive... That's how it was discovered and suspicions began,' Božo says on Sky
